TRIBUTE TO MAHATMA GANDHI - 02.10.2009

On 140th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a philatelic tribute is paid to him by preparing a collection of First Day Covers of Commemorative and Definitive stamps issued by India-post directly or indirectly involving his picture, name or statue.
