Internationally reputed katalog publishing company MICHEL has listed 4 Flower stamps of 2nd series of MY-STAMP issued by Indian postal department; in their monthly review 7/2013 edition, along with other Indian stamps issued during 2012. Many collectors have not included these four stamps in their collection, even though they are issued officially by Indian Postal Department, and they can be used as valid postage.
