    Can anyone please explain why this stamp as well as the bridge and structural engineering se-tenant stamps of 1992 are so expensive? Please logical explanation would be appreciated.

    I do have one of both of the above mentioned stamps that I bought personally in 1992 along with other stamp releases in 1992, never thought it would fetch a fair amount but have not been able to find out the reason for their popularity. Srikanthji your commenct along with their respective prices would be appreciated.
