Exactly before 2 years, this stamp was scheduled to be issued on 22.12.2010. For unknown reasons the release was postponed and it is officially released today. Philatelists have witnessed some hectic activities during last 2 years as the stamp was prematurely released in the market. The issue year 2010 is clearly seen on the stamp; as well as the logo of INDIPEX 2011 : under the color markings on the sheet margin.
